The ideal leader I think

1. If he is reasonable I can talk about my thoughts to my boss.
But in korea we never say our opinion cuz of korean culture.

They always don't do anything, but they just want me to do something.
3. 우리 조직 내에서 편애는 존재하지 않는다.

If there is a workplace like that, it would be heaven.
4. 나의 상사는 일을 더 잘할 수 있도록 도와준다.

If there is such kind of man, you are lucky guy.

in korea they never accept our opinion cuz of korean culture, which is sense of authority.
6. 나의 상사는 일에 대한 아이디어, 제안을 요구한다.
6. My boss asks for ideas and suggestions about work.

They always just want me to do something.
They are always looking for an opportunity to steal our performance.
7. 나의 상사는 내가 일을 잘 했을 때 칭찬을 해준다.

Some people do, but most of korean boss don't.
8. 나의 상사는 항상 나를 존중해 준다.

If there is a man like that you are lucky guy or he might not be a normal boss.

most people do that cuz they like to say something without break.
specially they enjoy cursing at other people. Perhaps I guess they feel happy from other people's unlucky.
10. 나의 상사는 일을 방해하지 않는다.
10. My boss doesn't interrupt my work.

If they always disturb our work.
Their advices are seldom be helpful to us. Just to leave us alone and don't give us help is more helpful.
